Researched, strategized, and designed an all-in-one payment infrastructure that empowers small businesses and their customers to transact with confidence and ease.
In 2021, the newly formed GTCO decided to diversify their product offerings, one of which was offering seamless payment solutions and SQUAD was born.
The customers and retail partners often struggled to carry out simple transactions and receiving payments for their businesses.
The team was tasked to design a payment infrastructure for small businesses and customers to transact confidently, aiming to increase customer adoption by 40% from the previous MVP.
It was decided early on to adopt a mobile first approach. The research that was conducted showed that most small businesses use their mobile phones to conduct their businesses. The next task was to create a clear and linear onboarding experience for customers and provided on-site training workshops for vendors.

I created a bold brand identity for Squad to establish their online presence and commence marketing campaigns.
I also led the design strategy for the Payment Gateway and Virtual Accounts platforms.
This included creating detailed wireframes and user flows, establishing a robust design system as a priority, and developing interactive prototypes to bring ideas to life and guide development.
Here are some answers to frequently asked questions about my design process, services, and areas of expertise.
Project timelines vary based on the scope and complexity. Smaller projects, such as landing pages or branding work, usually take 2–4 weeks. In contrast, larger projects, like full website design and development, can take 6–8 weeks or more. After discussing the details, I'll provide a more precise timeline.
The cost of a project is determined by its size and specific requirements. Branding projects begin at $1500, while website design and Webflow development typically range from $5,000 to $12,000. To get a tailored quote, let's discuss your unique needs and objectives.
Each project begins with a discovery phase to understand your goals, audience, and vision. I then develop initial concepts and refine them based on your feedback. If Webflow development is part of the project, I convert the designs into a functional, responsive site. The final phase involves testing, making necessary revisions, and ensuring a smooth handoff, so everything is polished and ready for launch.
